Full Biography
A self-proclaimed 'Jill-of-all-trades,' Rachel has spent the last 10 years launching and scaling brands in numerous capacities. In addition to proudly serving on the Her Idea Board as Treasurer and Board Member, Rachel's current roles include Chief of Staff, Mother, Career Coach, and MBA candidate. Rachel is a 6th generation San Francisco native and resides in her Bayview home with her husband, son, and two crazy pups.
I saw the value in hard work at a young age and took every opportunity to better myself along the way. As my career began to take shape, I made sure to continue to give back to younger women who were earlier in their careers in whatever way I could. Last year, while on maternity leave, I formalized this by starting a career coaching business. In a few short months, I've helped numerous women find happiness in their current positions, begin new careers, and achieve promotions and raises they had previously felt were unattainable. I hope to continue this work, expanding it to the younger generation and helping to instill the know-how and confidence needed to succeed in whatever path they choose.
